General Shipping Information
We ship primarily vial FedEx but on occasion use USPS and or UPS. Our shipping department is closed on weekends and on all Federal Holidays, so any orders placed during weekends and Federal Holidays will ship within the next 2 business days. Limited circumstances may also delay dispatch time (i.e. combined orders; order verification; high volume; etc.).
We do have multiple suppliers, so your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment if this is the case.
We do not allow International Shipments.
Some items we sell are restricted in certain areas. Please make sure you understand our Terms and Conditions, as well as any laws in your area regarding ownership and/or carrying of your purchase.
Standard Shipping within the USA
If your Order is over $50.00 then shipping is free. Otherwise we charge a flat rate of $5.50 per order. Most orders will be shipped via FedEX Ground. Overnight or 2 Day shipping is available via FedEX for and additional charge regardless of Order amount.
In some cases orders that are shipped to an address that is not authorized by the credit card issuer are subject to delays, verification emails/phone calls and/or cancellation. Further, in some cases, orders that are shipped to an address other than the authorized billing address are subject to delay and verification. In situations where and address cannot be verified, the order will be cancelled.
